I was trying to contact Microsoft 26/11/2020 about a program driver for my PC. Canon suggested I call Microsoft and I googled the number. Harvey Norman also confirmed that the Microsoft number I was calling was correct. I rang this 13 number and got a woman named stinky and then got transferred to “gross” these must be Indian names??? The 3rd transfer got me to Crystal and I asked how to spell her name “Roku” who said she could resolve my issue remotely there is obviously a firewall stopping the computer from allowing the PC to talk to the printer and asked me permission to remotely log in and I just started with my Bullshit spiel back at her. “No ***ing way in hell will I let anyone remotely log into my PC if you knew how to do your job correctly you would be able to verbally direct me how to resolve the issue myself so clearly you don’t know what you’re doing. You’re probably a hacker”nRoku: I assure you you will be able to see every thing I do to fix your issuenMe: yes and that’s the reason I have an entire new PC because of people like you. ***ing scammers. nnThis is the first unknown number to come through and I’d say it has something to do with scammers and identity theft and money theft
