Pretending to be from Telstra, asking for a TIPT VPN password reset but cannot provide the user name. Quotes a fake Telstra employee ID. Does not know his boss's name. Did not know the company he called or trying to VPN to. spoke really fast, so it was difficult to obtain this information. Very dodgy.
